WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

After completing Module 2, you will be able to:

  • describe the effects of alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and pharmaceuticals; and illicit drugs including cannabis, methamphetamine, ecstasy, inhalants and emerging psychoactive substances
  • understand adolescent brain development and the effects of alcohol and other drug use on the developing brain
  • communicate with parents about drugs and their children.
