This is the eighth radio play of a series designed to illustrate a fictional cycle of violence in a Yolngu community. The plays are performed in Yolngu Matha language. Damala, Ngerrk and their baby are returning from hunting. That morning Yirrininba saw Damala buying blankets and toys for family. Yirrininba wonders why Damala has bought things for Ngerrk. Are they back together? This is Gunmul season again. New shoots (ngurruniny) are coming out.
