Challenge, opportunity and personal strengths
This lesson supports students in Year 11 and 12 to identify situations in which they might face challenges or feel stressed. They then consider potential forms of support, including the personal strengths they bring to the challenge. The lesson plan is from the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships program.
