My Mind Check
Funded by the Australian Government, My Mind Check is an evidence-based tool that enables schools to conduct brief, supervised check-ins where students answer age-appropriate questions about their mental health and wellbeing. Schools receive immediate insights to identify those students who may benefit from additional support and gain access to tailored resources. The website also includes helpful information for schools, educators, and caregivers.
