Keeping healthy
It's important to keep your body fit and healthy by eating the right food, drinking water, getting some exercise every day, and sleeping well. It's also important to keep your mind healthy and strong so you can feel happy.
What are your favourite foods? Do you like helping to pack your school lunchbox? Learning more about what you eat and drink and what exercises are good for you will help you to build a strong body. Your mind needs to be healthy too, so understanding your feelings and thoughts will help you to make friends and learn better.
Keep your body and mind fit and healthy by:
- choosing the right foods and drinks
- learning how your body uses food and drink for energy
- exercising daily
- understanding your feelings and emotions.
