Fostering student wellbeing
Promote student wellbeing through inclusive practices, supportive environments and strong relationships across the school community.
Positive wellbeing has a direct impact on student learning outcomes, and success in learning enhances student wellbeing. When students feel supported, connected and able to manage their emotions, they are more engaged, resilient, confident and ready to learn.
Educators can foster student wellbeing by building positive relationships, teaching social and emotional skills, and creating inclusive, supportive learning environments.
On this page, you will find resources for students in Foundation to Year 12, designed to help educators foster student wellbeing. All resources are curriculum-aligned and support the principles of the Australian Student Wellbeing Framework.
