Strong and healthy minds and bodies are important for learning and getting the most out of life. There are lots of easy ways to get regular daily exercise, such as walking to school and playing a sport. Exercise helps you sleep better and feel more alert during the day. There are also exercises to keep your mind healthy. Perhaps you like to meditate, listen to music or just be with good friends who make you feel happy. It's important to get the balance right: eat well, get some exercise and take care of your relationships and emotions.
Sometimes things can go wrong. When that happens, you may need help to feel safe, happy and confident again. You know that your parents, friends and teachers want to make sure you're OK.
